The Great Christmas Escape

Very well designed. This one had a fair amount of setup because of the 3-D boxes that were so integral to the puzzles but they were also really attractive and helped set the stage. The process was detailed and pretty challenging, with enough easier clues to keep people from becoming discouraged. It was a great addition to our staff party this Christmas, and while my grandson helped us do the trial run, he decided he wanted a kids escape room for his birthday party! We loved the whole experience and are hoping to play many of your amazing games.

Loved this game! Played it at a Girl Scout Christmas sleepover. We had about 30 girls and split them into groups of 5( ages 8 to 14). We staggered the start of each team by 15 minutes( had them do other activities while waiting). Approximate time per game was 50 minutes to 1 hour( we timed them to see who can go the fastest(42 mins). Chapter 7 was the hardest. Girls are excited to try other escape rooms❤️

I put this together for 2 kids, age 12 & 9 and they both loved it. They needed some help on certain chapters but honestly, I had to look at the answer guide when I was putting it together so I figured they'd need some help.
I sent the PDFs to Kinkos and had all the chapters printed on laser paper so we can re-use them in the future. Then I cut each chapter out and put each chapter in its own little box. I hid the boxes around the house and had them find the boxes and bring them to the table they were using for the game.
It took them less than an hour to get thru everything.
As I was preparing everything, I reached out to the seller to ask a question about one of the chapters and received a quick reply and a great explanation to help me understand!

This was the second escape room I've purchased from this shop. The owner was super helpful and attentive to my questions. I highly recommended!

Creative, colorful and east to download. I reviewed game carefully so it would be a fun play for my grands ranging from 3 to 11. I cut each chapter out and placed them in separate paper cd holders I had on hand, a little of the clue shows through to add to excitement. I set this up with a corresponding gift for the family to open such as hot cocoa, candy canes, chocolates, the family Christmas card, etc. Gifts number 9 was their main gifts ( not to elaborate this year) and the final chapter 10 had a key in the envelope, it opened small wooden chest of semi precious stones and a megalodon shark fossil tooth to add to the family collection. I did add a few hints on a couple of the chapters.

Love Mystery Lock! This Escape Christmas was perfect for my younger kids. The 3D Christmas tree was a cute addition and we loved the reindeer games chapter the best. Love these all! I made folder envelope toppers to go with each chapter before I hid them around the house. I love the Christmas robot, you will love him too! He is so cute!

Absolutely LOVED the Christmas escape room. Super easy to print out and set up all over the house for Christmas morning. My 11 year old twins had a blast figuring out the puzzles and were able to do it on their own! Would definitely order another one!

I couldn’t fully revue this until we tried it out on Christmas Eve. And I have to say…success! My 9 and 11 year old completed the challenge almost entirely on their own. It was just hard enough to keep them engaged for a fun evening but not so hard that they were frustrated. I only had to help with two clues but really, I let them get all the way to the end to reveal the final answer confirmation through the QR code. When they got it right, gave them each a clue that I wrote to guide them to where I hid their Christmas Eve gift. It was a fun activity that we will definitely repeat next year with a new theme!

this was amazing. I set this up for my son and his friend to waste an afternoon and they loved it. it was just challenging enough for the two third graders. I'll definitely be doing this again soon.

This was a fun way to surprise my son 12 years old that we were going to Disney. We added a box at the end with a lock and key that he put the code into. This was a blast — easy to set up and fun to do.

Quick! Adorable! Lots of fun for family, especially youngsters!!

I used this with my two teens - they had a lot of fun! I got a friend to print it on their laser printer and on 120gsm paper, which added to the experience as it makes the designs pop.

Fun time! It took a minute for everyone to catch on to how it works. Once they did, they all had a blast. I used this for our class Christmas party. They loved it.

Doing this on News years eve with the kids

Class of year 6 students, split into groups of 4, pitted the teams against each other. Much laughter, conspiratorial whispering and so much fun had by all.

As a room parent - this is my 3rd purchase from this shop! We have done a halloween, valentine's and now Christmas escape room in 3rd, 4th and 5th grade. Each one is challenging and fun! It costs a lot to print what you need for a 'classroom' team (5 teams) but it's worth it, the kids love it!

We bought it for kids 11 yo. A bit of effort is needed: just to print and cut and entertaining activity is ready! Puzzles were interesting for all family members.
