Refunds
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase of our digital products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee within 30 days of purchase.
To request a refund, please email us at contact@mysterylocks.com with your order number and reason for requesting a refund. We may ask for additional information to better understand the reason for your request.
Once your request has been received and approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to process and appear on your account.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund in cases where we suspect fraudulent activity, or misuse of our products, or where we feel the refund policy is being abused.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
