The F.R.I.D.G.E. Puzzle
Getting startedDoesn't count
Begin by examining the contents of the four food containers and the names written on their labels.
Hint 1
The letters in each name correspond to the food items inside its container. Repeated letters are represented by repeated food items.
Hint 2
For example, Sally contains two Ls, and her container holds two pea pods, so a pea pod represents the letter L. Alisa’s container confirms it: it also has a pea pod and an L in her name.
Hint 3
Keep comparing names and contents: pea pod = L, broccoli = Y, cheese = I, chicken leg = S, egg half = A, tomato = D, carrot = E.
Hint 4
Once all the food items are translated into letters, read them in the order shown on the Post-it note to reveal the secret word.
SolutionSpoiler
The F.R.I.D.G.E. word is ALIAS.
The R.E.M.O.T.E. Puzzle
Getting startedDoesn't count
Begin by identifying the four words that “break apart”, meaning they are split into two parts.
Hint 1
Next, find the remote control button that matches one part of each word: -tle → star, devi-ant → ant, tur-key → key, cat-egory → cat. Each of these buttons has a unique shape.

Hint 2
Now use the doormat and begin at the START position. Follow the sequence of button shapes star → ant → key → cat, moving from one space to another as indicated.
Hint 3
At the end of each complete sequence, collect the letter closest to your final position. Repeat the same sequence from your new position, collecting one letter each time, until the letters reveal the answer.

SolutionSpoiler
The R.E.M.O.T.E. word is PANEL.
The T.I.M.E. Puzzle
Getting startedDoesn't count
Begin by examining the seven utensil cards. Some letters in each word are highlighted in blue or red. These highlighted letters correspond to the Roman numerals on the wall clock.
Hint 1
Take the two clock hands and use the utensil grid to identify the pair of utensils shown at each of the five locations.
Hint 2
For each pair, use the highlighted letters to place the blue and red clock hands on their Roman numerals. The two hands make a line shape that matches one in the cipher on the plates.
Hint 3
Repeat this for all five locations on the grid, translating each clock-hand shape into a letter to reveal the five-letter secret word.
Hint 4: First letter

Hint 5: Second letter

Hint 6: Third letter

Hint 7: Fourth letter

Hint 8: Fifth letter

SolutionSpoiler
The T.I.M.E. word is PANEL.
The W.A.S.H. Puzzle
Getting startedDoesn't count
Begin by placing the small cipher disk on top of the larger base.
Hint 1
Arrange the five laundry item cards in the order shown by the number in the bottom-right corner of each card. For each one, rotate the small disk until its arrow points to the color and pattern that matches the laundry item.
Hint 2
Once aligned, the two empty slots reveal a laundry symbol and a set of dots. Find the matching symbol on the laundry guide and read its instruction.
Hint 3
Follow that instruction using the name of the laundry item. It tells you which letter to pick from the name.
Hint 4
Repeat for all five laundry cards, then read the selected letters in order to reveal the five-letter answer.
Hint 5: First letter

Hint 6: Second letter

Hint 7: Third letter

Hint 8: Fourth letter

Hint 9: Fifth letter

SolutionSpoiler
The W.A.S.H. word is KNIFE.
The A.R.T. Puzzle
Getting startedDoesn't count
Begin by placing the comb on the abstract painting in each of the five positions marked by the dots.
Hint 1
With the comb placed in all five positions, the revealed letters spell out the message “ONLY THE BLUE WORDS COUNT”.
Hint 2: First comb placement

Hint 3: Second comb placement

Hint 4: Third comb placement

Hint 5: Fourth comb placement

Hint 6: Fifth comb placement

Hint 7
Take the three bookmarks and match each blue rectangle with its word and letter-reading rule. Letters marked with an X are left out, and the digits show the order to read the remaining letters.

Hint 8
Follow the markings and reading order for each word to uncover the five-letter answer.
SolutionSpoiler
The A.R.T. word is COVER.
